Computer Prayer

A poem Lisa and I composed together:

As computers take over our lives
I wonder,
How can we have heroes
with only ones and zeros?

Computers can’t pray.
If they could,
what would they say?

Perhaps they’d ask to know
what fills the space
between one and zero.
